How long will it take for my order to be processed?
You will receive a confirmation email from Bloom Luxe to confirm that your order has been placed. Orders placed will be processed within 1-2 business days. *Please note: During sale and/or product launch periods customers may experience a slight delay in orders being dispatched.
I am having problems with my tracking number.
In some cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status on their website. Please be patient :) However, if your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please contact our customer service team at bloomyogasa@gmail.com

If you are not home to accept your package and have not left a note on your order to leave package without signature, the freight carrier will leave a card in your letter box detailing the steps for picking up your delivery at the local post office or re-delivery.
If you have not received your package within 10 business days of placing the order, contact us with your full name as well as your order number and we’ll investigate the matter immediately. Bloom Luxe is not liable for missing parcels due to any errors on the customer or the freight carrier’s behalf.
